The 2010 Pic & Chapoutier Crozes-Hermitage is a project of famed French Chef Ann-Sophie Pic and Michel Chapoutier. The wine brings lots of dark fruits, pretty floral, iron, graphite, licorice and even some pepper mixed in. The body is full and plush with a beautiful balance of acidity keeping it mouth-watering right to the finish. 100% Syrah. (Drink 2012-2019) - June, 2012. (JD)
