The 2013 Domaine Roger et Didier Raimbault ‘Vieilles Vignes’ Sancerre comes from 35-50 year old vines planted to steep hillsides composed of clay-limestone soils, known as "Terres Blanches". This elegant Sancerre is crisp, vibrant and instantly opens with gorgeous aromas of lime, grapefruit, stony minerals and a grassy character all coming together beautifully in the glass. It continues to impress with its outstanding oily texture which is cut with bright acidity before everything is wrapped up with a clean, fresh, mouthwatering finish.
