The 2012 Pierre Cherrier & Fils Sancerre 'Les 7 Hommes' comes from old vines, some as old as 70 years. The vines are spread out evenly over 18 hectares in the Sancerre appellation, and represent three different Sancerre terroirs; Silex, Caillottes and Terres Blanches. Each of these three unique terriors are reflected in this wines vibrant character of fresh limes, grapefruit, orange blossom, herbs, spices and wet stones.
