The 2011 Domaine Vrignaud Chablis 1er Cru 'Fourchaume' Vieilles Vignes is a pretty showing, offering fresh aromas of lemon oil, vanilla blossoms and flinty minerals. This possesses a lovely soft texture that is nicely balanced with just the right touch of acidity. Although this is drinking very well right now, it should also benefit from a few additional years of bottle age. (Best 2014-2020) - May, 2014 (JD)
