CHATEAU BEHERE COURTIN Pauillac 'Reserve' 2009

The 2009 Château Béhére Courtin 'Reserve' is a gorgeous showing offering wonderful aromas fresh blackberries and black cherries along with roasted coffee, pipe tobacco, floral and a graphite character. It possesses a full body, yet remains elegant and refined with excellent balance. It continues to impress all the way through the finish, leaving behind flavors of black fruits and roasted notes. Today, this is very approachable, but will ultimately be at its best after a few more years. (Best 2015-2026) - August, 2014 (JD)
