The 2014 Domaine St. Vincent Côtes du Rhône Villages opens with aromas raspberries and plum which come together with spices, lavender and licorice all taking shape. Medium-bodied and well structured with a velvety mouthfeel backed by underlying acidity which leads to a spice-tinged finish. This is excellent now and also possesses the characteristics to evolve nicely with some short-term cellaring.
