The 2010 La Fleur Haut Carras is a lovely showing which offers a mix of ripe blackberries and cherries along with sweet spices, tar and hints of freshly roasted coffee. On the palate this is nicely balanced and well structured, with a gorgeous opulent texture which continues on until the very end, where notes of black fruits and spices linger on. Today this is drinking beautifully and I expect it to continue to show well over the next few years. (Best 2016-2022) - June, 2016 (JD)
