The 2014 Château Cardinale delivers lovely aromas and flavors of blackberries and cherries along with peppery spices, dried herbs. On the palate this is nicely balanced and well structured all the way through the long, chewy finish. Today this is already shows some lovely characteristics, but I expect it to be at its best with just some short-term cellaring. (Best 2018-2024) - June, 2016 (JD)
