The 2010 Chateau La Haye brings aromas and flavors of black cherries, charcoal, green herbs, tobacco and fresh minerals. Medium to full-bodied with fine dusty tannins and a gorgeous silky texture. The finish is long and chewy, folding in some charcoal and bell pepper notes. Composed of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with the addition of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
