The 2018 Chateau Vieux Moulin Puisseguin Saint-Emilion begins with aromas of cherries and plums along with tobacco, spices and floral nuances all taking shape. On the palate this is medium-plus bodied, with impressive overall structure and balance. The core of red and black fruits intermingle nicely with spices and tobacco which all continue to build on the palate before leaving a lasting impression on the lengthy, mineral driven finish.
