The Mirador Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is made with fruit from the southern Maule Valley in Chile. It has a medium garnet hue with aromas of black currants, coffee, cloves and aromatic bitters. The palate is dense and robust accentuated by flavors of ripe blueberry and blackberry, anise, tar and petrol. Tannins are grippy and lingering. The complexity and structure will continue to develop in 4-5 years. (Best 2018-2023) - February, 2017 (DJH)
