The 2012 Almaviva is a total beauty. Ripe and loaded, especially for the vintage, with gorgeous blackberry, blueberry, loam and fig, laced with bittersweet cocoa and turkish coffee notes which soar from the glass. Full-bodied bodied and beautifully structured through the finish which sails on and on. An sensational wine.
