The 2008 Bishop is 100% shiraz from 80-120 years old wines. It brings aromas and flavors of ripe blackberries, dark currants, vanilla and some spicy notes. Polished and balanced ending with a fruit filled finish. (Best 2010-2016) - September, 2010 (JD)
