The 2015 Three Bridges Chardonany is an excellent value that is quite impressive showing in this vintage. This straw colored Chardonnay begins with heady and oak-driven aromatics of Pazzaz apple, white grapefruit, lemon curd, and vanilla cream. The palate possesses a striking layer of minerality, considering the heat of the vintage. There are ripe flavors of lemongrass, Gravenstein apple, marzipan, heavy whipping cream and suggestions of baking spices. The mouthfeel shows a plush and rich texture. This has the stuffing to cellar well into the next decade but will probably best enjoyed in the short-term. (Best 2017-2023) - April, 2017 (OB)
