Aged for only 6 months in French oak barrels with fruit coming from 60-year-old vines, the 2021 Semillon by Corazon Del Sol showcases a gorgeous golden lemon core with a watery rim in the glass. Starting off with a dusty earth, sea breeze, honeycomb, lanolin, and white nectarine component, it moves to more fruit-forward tones on the palate - fresh apples and sliced pears. Waxy and full-bodied on the palate, it finishes long with a lemony herbal note.
