This 100% Cabernet which was sourced from the Long Shadows owned Wallula Vineyard. It starts off with a beautiful bouquet of dried sage, cigar box, mocha, anise and crème de cassis. The profound nose brings you back to the glass for more. Mocha, tar, sandalwood, and black olive tapenade flavors come to mind. Sterling minerality and incredible purity of fruit mark this gorgeous bottling which will cellar well for decades. This is a downright stunning wine from Billo Naravane.
