The 2014 'Knights Valley Reserve' Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dense, opaque color followed by aromatics of red bell pepper, anise, crème de cassis and blackberry jam. The mouthfeel is lovely as the wine shows off concentrated flavors of crème de cassis, milk chocolate, blackberry pie and anise flavors that sit alongside some lovely minerality. The depth and texture is outstanding through the finish. (Best 2017-2030) - September, 2017 (OB)
