The 2014 Chinon Rosé from Bernard Baudry is absolutely fantastic. It is 100% Cabernet Franc from two parcels, one is clay and the other is gravel and sand. It displays a lovely pale pink color followed by attractive aromas of grapefruit peel, crushed hazelnut, fresh herb, red berries and spring flowers. On the palate this offers a luscious, yet elegant texture with a burst of vibrant acidity on the finish. (Best 2015-2017) - August, 2015 (MD)
