The 2021 'Catastrophe' Cabernet Sauvignon is nothing short of remarkable. This to impress with its gorgeous aromatics of black cherries boysenberries and black plums that are joined by spices, fresh violets, tobacco, sage, crushed gravel, and underlying hints of dark chocolate nuances that all come together gracefully. On the palate this continues to impress with its stunning full-bodied texture, that is beautifully structured with big, polished tannins and an incredible sense of freshness. It goes on to display a gorgeous, layered mouthfeel, along with excellent depth and concentration all the way through the long, spice-tinged finish. The 2021 is already simply stunning in its youth, however this should also go on to have a brilliant future offering decades of enjoyment ahead.
