The 2021 'Privity' Cabernet Sauvignon opens to bold aromas of boysenberries, dark cherries, and blueberries, which are accompanied by spices, cedar, crushed violets, licorice and fresh sage nuances. On the palate this is full-bodied and structured with big polished tannins and a deep opluent texture. Showing remarkable depth and concentration, this continues to impress as intense layers of ripe dark cherries, iron and spice flavors all build up to the long, supple finish. While this is already extreamly appealing, it also has what it takes to age remarkably well.
