The 2021 Cabernet Franc from Sunshine Valley Vineyards is an excellent showing that is composed of 95% Cabernet Franc along with 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. It delivers lovaly aromatics of black cherries and plums woven together with violets, graphite, licorice, tobacco and savory herbs, which all take shape in this pretty Cabernet Franc. This possesses a full body with polished tannins making for a gorgeous mouthfeel. It continues to impress with its seamless texture and lovely finesse through the finish. A wonderful wine to approach early on, or cellar for a few years.
