The 2019 V Madrone Cabernet Sauvignon is absolutely sublime. It offers a wonderful combination of dark fruits and earthy nuances. Aromas of blackberries, black cherries and blueberries are laced with sweet spices, loam and mocha. On the palate this is full-bodied, dense and contracted, yet displays excellent balance. It goes on to impress with its dense layered core which is laced beautifully ripe dark fruits that expand seamlessly through the long finish. While certainly impressive today, this should have a wonderful future ahead as it evolve for decades.
