The 2016 Chateau Rigaud Faugeres offers aromas of black cherries and raspberries laced with lavender, wet stones, licorice and hints of exotic spices. The palate is medium-bodied, round and plush, with flavors of dark berries, chocolate and spices which expand seamlessly across the palate. It remains beautifully balanced, underlined with a gorgeous steak of acidity leading up to the long, juicy finish.
