This Cabernet Sauvignon from Acumen begins with seductive aromatics of ripe dark currants, blackberries, blueberries and black cherries which are woven together with spices, graphite, spring floral, tobacco, and crème de cassis. On the palate this possesses a full body with a gorgeous inviting plush texture that envelops the palate. The tannins are nicely integrated and provide enough structure to keep it all beautifully in place. It offers impressive depth and concentration, delivering a generous mouthful of delicious flavors of ripe dark plum, dark berries, spices and graphite which flow into the layered finish. While this is already extremely appealing it also looks to have a wonderful future ahead.
