The 2016 La Condamine Paulignan Minervois begins with inviting aromatics of raspberries and plums which come together with lavender, earthy minerals and hints of white pepper. On the palate this possesses a medium-plus body with a lovely round texture, underlined by nice streaks of acidity which provides a lovely sense of freshness through the finish. While this is drinking beautifully right now and should offer a drinking window that spans a few more years.
