Produced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards, the Prélude Grands Crus is a fabulous showing from Taittinger. Aged 5 years on the lees, this blend of 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir begins with inviting aromas of citrus, white florals and toasted almonds all taking shape beautifully in the glass. It continues to impress with remarkable balance and precision, while showing wonderful elegance and clarity as it enters the precise, mineral-laced finish. Gorgeous now, but should also drink beautifully with a few years of bottle age.
