The 'La Française' is a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier sourced from at least 35 villages. It opens with a bouquet of white peaches, orchard fruits, vanilla blossoms and sourdough nuances. Crisp and focused, with a beautifully textured mousse giving way to rich flavors of orchard fruits and a mineral character that persists through the finish. This displays impressive range and is showing incredibly well now.
