This is an exceptional Cotes du Rhone from Philippe Cambie. Aromas and flavors of dark cherry, raspberry, mineral and black licorice. This is really polished, mouth-coating and well structured picking up momentum on the finish with spice and dark chocolate notes coming through as well. Terrific wine.
