2013 Top 100 - Rank #29
The 2011 'Gardens of Babylon' is a fantastic and interesting blend of Cinsault, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel from Abe Schoener. The bright fruit instantly jumps from the glass with aromas of sour cherry, blueberry, wild raspberry, black tea, pepper and spices. It has ripping acidity and a wild, mouthwatering finish. A very well made and delicious wine that can be approached now or cellared for few years to come. (Best 2014-2024) - November, 2013 (MD)
