The wine spends a few months inside stainless steel vats, then it is transferred several times, and, consequently, it is poured into barriques made of 100% new wood where it remains for 12 months. The 2008 "Conca Tre Pile" Barbera d'Alba from Aldo Conterno is both modern and elegant with strawberry jam, juicy plum, baking spices, fresh mineral and crushed floral.
