A blend of 83% Grenache with the rest being Malbec, it’s all Estate fruit from Red Mountain. Aged for 22 months in 83% new French oak, it presents lovely notes of red Bing cherries, ground white pepper, candied lavender, wet autumn leaves, and roasted coffee beans. On the finish, there is a wonderful floral and huckleberry note alongside shades of mountain sage. Just 150 cases were made.
