The 2012 Adissat Chateauneuf-du-Pape ‘Cuvée Isabelle’ offers aromas of bright raspberry and cherries followed by herbs, smoke and licorice. It possesses a lovey rich, silky texture ending with a velvety finish. Approachable with air now, but ultimately this will be best with some additional bottle age. Composed of 70% grenache, 20% syrah, 10% mourvedre. (Best 2016-2025) - April, 2014 (JD)
