The Trenton Roadhouse Chardonnay is another brilliant wine from Kistler in this vintage. As this slowly unwinds notes of ripe lemon curd, orchard fruits, honey covered peach, and tangerine blend together with buttered almond, sea spray and fresh mineral aromas. On the palate this posseses a perfect combination of savory and fruit driven flavors aling with crushed oyster shells, citrus and quince which persist through the delicious mouthcoating finish. This will another few years in the cellar and will be fantastic over the next 15+ years.
